About
Meet Dillon

Born in Amarillo, Texas, I’ve built a lifelong passion for cycling and a deep commitment to the bike industry. I began racing professionally at 18, and the day after graduating high school, I moved to Winter Park, Colorado, where I embraced the mountain lifestyle for seven years.
In 2018, I relocated to Colorado’s Front Range to join Commencal Bicycles, where I coached and managed some of the top athletes in the sport, including Commencal USA’s UCI Downhill World Cup race team. After an incredible run, I shifted gears and spent a year as an Athlete Manager at Troy Lee Designs – gaining insight into another side of the bike industry and exploring new opportunities in the moto world.
In April 2025, I launched my own business, continuing to work with Troy Lee Designs while expanding my work with other brands in athlete management and content creation. This move has given me the flexibility to take on a wider range of projects while continuing to do what I love. It also allowed me to return to coaching more actively where I am working with individual athletes and continuing my work with the Trestle Gravity Team.
Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to turn my passion into a career—traveling the world to compete, collaborate with leading brands, and create high-quality content for digital platforms. Beyond racing, I’m deeply involved in coaching and mentoring up-and-coming downhill athletes, helping them sharpen their skills and chase success at the next level.
